Yesterday a friend in the 'States told me about a large collection that came up in estate auction sale, some time ago.
A Conley V8 Cobra sold for US$20,0000... probably not worth that money, but OK.
However these 2 cars also sold. The 1/4 scale sprint car and Gilmer midget for US$875 and US$625 respectively.....holy smoke... they were great buys and that included the buyers premium.
I gotta keep a closer watch on these auctions.
