Is track open on Jan 16th 2016

Hi guys , I am coming down for the Scott Daley race at parramatta and would like to bring a car down to have a go on the track is it open to members of other states to have a run ? 

I want to check out the area etc for the titles at Easter time etc 

if if someone could reply or even a number I can text or call etc for more information.

Thanks but yeh no answer at all to a email. 

I guess i ss I just want to know if the track is locked up or not ?  

Dont nut want to try pack a car if I can't even use it while we are down there 

can someone answer that please ?
