SSME Luddenham will host the Aust Titles over the Easter long weekend in 2016

I would like the president of SSME 1/4 scale speedway to confirm that the state reps have made changes to the Australian nation rules..... I would like to inform all reps that these changes can't come into effect as they wernt made after the Australian titles at a AGM the rules state that all
Rules to remain in force for a minimum period of 12 months, any changes to be voted on by all state representatives at an AGM to coincide with Australian Titles each year)
There has be no Agm set for 2015 after the Australian state titles , so their for they can NOT change any rules until after 2016 at their AGM ......

The rules have not been changed and are to be looked at the 2016 Aust Titles
Clubs at their AGM would ask it's members for any proposed changes to the Aust Rules which in turn the State Rep would take to the 2016 National AGM for the voting
I do not know where you get your information from as only the state reps can pass on the information to the relevant club officials who then pass onto their members

i have physical proof of what has been sent to all reps and what reps have sent to members in QLD and WA, in regards to national rules to be enforced as of now .

I have an email disregarding any previous notices
as stated there as NO rule changes til the AGM 2016

Vince unfortunately it seems you have received the incorrect information.
Geoff, you are in fact correct. There has been no rule changes and will not be any rule changes until after the 2016 Australian Titles, when the elected State Delegates will discuss any rule changes that are required or need to be changed.
Each club should discuss any rules that need to be changed or clarified and those changes should voted on by its members before the state delegate discusses the required rule changes at the 2016 Australian Titles. At the 2016 Australian the state delegates will hold a meeting and vote for any changes and the results reported shortly after. An amended rule book will be circulated to each States management committee to distribute to its respective members as necessary after the respective rule changes if any have been noted.
