wondering if any one runs a cy26 motor at all , me mate's hpi motor has gone sad, are they a good motor or better than hpi one's , cheers .

don't bother with Chinese copies. Stick with the genuine article Zenoah. Rcmks are not bad either. as for CY or any other engine id stay well clear. just my 2c

Several guys are running CY engines in our club here at LQSS.
You do get what you pay for and i have always run Zenoah motors myself, in saying that a few of our quickest guys racing Sprintcars are only using the CY engines and they swear buy them.
It's all personal choice and depends on your budget, like anything.
