Just had a call from Lyn Draper with the sad news that Lindsay passed away yesterday afternoon. The more senior members of the 1/4 scale Section will remember Lindsay with great affection, when he raced on the speedway.

Gee Bob, thats really sad news. Lindsay was a fixture at our club for many years and in many areas. He will be sadly missed. RIP Lindsay

Lindsay's funeral will be held at 3.00pm on Thursday 29th May at Pinegrove Cemetry, Kington Street (off Great Western Highway), EASTERN CREEK NSW 2766

Just reading the sad news now.lindsay was one of the six who got this speedway going in the first place.the others John may bill drew terry Bennett Geoff miles and myself.although he has not been around the track u could always find him somewhere in the park.RIP lindsay enjoy that great model park in the sky
