Back in the 1980's and 90's Quarter Scale attracted huge fields to the sponsored National meets in Las Vegas Nevada. Prizemoney was huge for the day and certainly must have made for some highly spirited racing and tight after race discussions. Here's some of the sprint cars for the 1991 event.
Super mods were a big part of the shows back then. This guy must have been hoping for some prizemoney, to upgrade the bodywork and paint on his rare Phoenix Bullet Super Mod.

K, Dan's the man...mate.. talk to Dan! How good would the Tom Hughes car look in your collection! Not sure if it's still for sale. How rare are these cars.
