For those who intend running in the Nationals please be aware that entries close today Frid March 21st. Entries forwarded after this date are subject to conditions as per the competitors entry form via the Penfield website.
Looking forward to some top class clean racing at Easter.

After a 17 hour tow from Adelaide, ( not as long as the Perth guys or Ron and Joanne from Brisbane), it's terrific to have a sleep in my own bed.
Congratulations to Paul, Ray and their team, Powerslide, and all concerned, who worked behind the scenes, in getting the Meeting back to Penfield 1/4 Scale Speedway. I trust the success of the meeting will see the Penfield Club back on the rotation system for Aussie Title meetings! Let's not allow another 10 years to go by, before we head back there.
The Meeting had everything the a big show can throw up......
Terrific racing, disputes, computer issues, new Champions, old friends, new friends, tall stories, short stories, late night drinking that lead to even taller stories and overall for me, a large dose of FUN, even when my transponder didn't work on ocassions Les!!!. Who cares now!!! Not me!
I was just extremely happy to even be a part of the weekend and make the Show!
Congrats to my old mate Jim, on his Sprintcar Title. When I ran up on the stand, after he'd done some victory donuts, he was in tears. To me that shows true passion for our hobby!
You're an old softie Jimbo! Well done Champ. According to all your peers, that I spoke with, it's a deserving result for a man that puts in his all, for his mates at the Perth Club.
After 2 years away from racing, with my personal issues, my passion has been reborn and its on to Perth in 2015.
As Mike Raymond would say........BE THERE!
