Vince, The normally aspirated V8 donk from Gary goes for around US$6000. Randy would want close to a couple of grand for a complete car, I'm suspecting. With freight and GST when it gets here, you probably won't get much change from 10 large! Start saving those pennies!!!!! Oh and BTW.....when Jeff and I were in Gary's shop in 2011, he mentioned that there is an 18 month waiting list on his motors, after you have paid a large deposit up front. In case you missed it when it was posted in 2011, here is my video shot in Gary's shop. Go right the end to see and hear the V8 running.

Something doesn't look right??? Is the engine too big and out of proportion with the frame? Cooling is also an issue with all Conley engines, and I don't see a radiator fitting in that frame, or at least not one that would allow the engine to be run for any extended period (like 2 minutes plus). That said, it would be a "display only" piece, and for me it would need to have a more "scaled" look if I was going to plonk down $10k. New frames could be built to be more in scale with the engine, but then that would pose problems with wheels/tyres then being out of scale, and would necessitate a whole custom built package, similar to what he's had to do with the 34 Fords. Cost then becomes the major limiting factor. I could be wrong. It will be interesting to see the finished article. An easy solution.....go back to producing the old smaller engines. They are a perfect fit for the old WCM cars and 95% of the quarter scale frames that were built, and probably a lot easier and quicker for him to build. Loyal customers who bought them might then be able to get spares too.
