Mark Davis presented me with a copy of Radio Control Cars for DIRT & TRACK from 2000 while staying at his house. In it was a story I wrote about 1/4 scale sprintcars. I have a copy of the mag, however it was great to get a back-up copy.
Maybe it's now time for the current crop of Q scale personnel to start submitting articles to magazines so see if new members can be gained.
Editors are usually only to happy to receive new copy on interesting classes. We race a different and interesting class.
Every article, along with photos, I ever submitted to a magazine was published.
This magazine ran from AUG 1987 until 2004.There were 62 issues. This story "Quarter Scale Winged Wonders" appeared in issue #54 and even managed to jag the front cover. Although if you look closely at the 1st page of the story it reads Quarter Scale winged W
Who was doing the proof reading?
It aint hard guys...just needs someone to start the ball rolling.
David Smith from Racing Lines was always good for some space. Maybe that's a starting point for some budding journalist!
