Clarification to set the record straight firstly the need to have AGM and getting members from two states together and also need to run postponed 2011 Nationals. This decision was taken with little time for others to organize airfares etc and being a one day show and with the lack of interest from interstate parties previously the decision was made to run as AGM and paperwork required by Dept of Fair Trading.
