Two long time members and founders of the Quarterscale community in Australia were inducted into the Australian Quarterscale Hall of Fame. The input these two guys have had in the hobby that many now love is unequalled and the hobby would not be what it is without them.
The two gentlemen were John Cooper and Keith Noble. Congratulations guys !

Congrats to John & Keith, they were certainly two of the founders of Quarter Scale Racing in Australia.

BJ ..yep i know nobby. i am sorry i dont know john cooper. to me Terry Bennet.The late John May. even our queenslander aus 1 Richard Anderson . are big contenders for the hall of fame .

Just a note on Keith Noble.
Keith, Jeff and I had planned to do another trip to the Knoxville Nationals in August.
I spoke to Keith last week and he had just received some disturbing news. It was confirmed in a email to me today.
Quote......
" Going by all the information over the last couple of days it appears that I will have to forgo the trip to the US this year and have a triple by-pass operation within the next couple of weeks, alas there is always next year."
All of us in the 1/4 scale fraternity will I know wish Keith a speedy and healthy recovery.

PS...For those who are unaware, Keith Noble and John Cooper as NAC [Nobby and Coop] probably built the 1st locally made 1/4 scale sprintcar seen in Australia in Adelaide in the late 1980s. Hence the Hall of Fame Induction.
