Hi Bob Jefferson . the wife has booked us to go in august have our seets in the stand and all i see you went last year and this year they have quarter scale nationals at same time do you know if it is dirt or bituman as it is in a rec centre. we are still try to work out how much we can do in the day time prior to race nights . cant wait Gary

Gazza,
I'll probably bump into you in Knoxville, as I had such a fantastic time last year I've decide to back up again this year. The 1/4 scale races are held in the car park of the Rec Centre.... so it's on the hard stuff. Bumpy, off camber in turn 1, but a terrific event to participate in. The 1/4 scale races are run from about 1pm till 3pm, Friday and Saturday and there is plenty of time to get to the big track.

Just a thought..... You should consider going across to Belleville Kansas to watch the Midget Nationals on the weekend before Knoxville. It's worth the trip to see midgets on the 1/2 mile dirt track, at speeds that are just mind-blowing!
