if Any other states would like to come and race at luddenham on the 5/6 febuary for the EAST COAST CHALLENGE we would look foward to hearing from you or even competing against you. all the info is on the forum so have a read and nomitate and the Qld club will see you all there. Sent some info to East Coast Pipelines. Barry like sprintcars. Here's his latest press release......
Kinser Joins Farr In East Coast Pipeline Team.......
Barry Waldron, owner of the East Coast Pipeline company which has made such a major commitment to Australian sprintcar racing, has signed Steve Kinser to his team for five international meetings at Tyrepower Parramatta City Raceway.
Ask can you call the Feb meet...... the "East Coast Pipeline 1/4 Scale Sprintcar Challenge."......  ;D

That wouldn't worry me bob if we had to call it that" for a fee " Any intrest from outside the circle would be good for our sport.  ;D |

Why do Sprintcars and Dirt mods get 2 days racing and other classes only 1 day?
and why do other classes running only 1 day have to pay the same entry fee?

Hi Grahame i might be wrong but as a guess i would say as the QLD guys have requested/setup this race meet with and an invite from our club i dont think they have AMCA's?  could be wrong?? Rob |

Thanks for your reply Rob, Jason Necker has nominated I think he is form Queensland and has an Amca.
I think the price structure should reflect the amount of racing you receive.
Maybe if it was cheaper for the one day classes more people might enter.
What do others think??

yes i see he has nominated you are correct. best we dont use this NOMINATIONS thread to discuss this and move to 'general'.
i will ask Laurie to speak with Ron Williams if others feel the same also

i spoke to Laurie who spoke with Ron Williams and for all the guys that race for the 1 day only (regardless of class) the entry fee will be $15.

I spoke with Bob J today and he said he will be racing. Jim from our club spoke to Wade and he looks a goer also.
Not sure about Peter, Jose, Sharon and Clinton but hope they will be there

Come on guys. If there is not four cars minium per class that class won't run. It's only $15 to race for the day for Sedans, Amcas, Midgets.
