Check out the rear tyres?  They dont look like traveller tyres, are you guys allowed to run different tyres over there? |

Rule 8 from their Speedcar Specs states........
Standard knobbly tyres and rims as supplied by manufacture of vehicle.
With the inclusion of the MCD Racing Tyre (buggy equalized stud tires)
for the rear tires
