Hi Storm I cant speak for our other divisions as i represent the Amcas. Grahame the vehicles will be checked & some dissembling of motors will take place, what we will be looking at is non standard motors which is contrary to our rules for all classes at LQSS,cheers

Well the Australian Titles for 2010 have been done & dusted. The 2 day event provided some very close & sometimes spirted racing. No one can say they didnt get enough racing this weekend. A special thanks to our 2 Qld competitors,Jason Necker & Dave Rooke for making the trek,we hope you enjoyed racing at LQSS with us. After heat 10 & onto the pole shuffle ,this can be an interesting event depending how you approach it.My view is Titles cant be won here but they certainly can be lost.Fortunately every one survived although there was some breath taking moments that really had the crowd pumped & cheering. A great atmosphere not usually seen in our racing.Well done guys. Its difficult for me to give a comprehensive report on the main event prior to dropping out but from that point on I can tell you the racing was ON & what a race it was to be & when the final flag fell we had a worthy new Champion in Grahame Fraser,Karl Wilkinson 2nd,Scott Vanderdraay 3rd.Congratulation to you guys & we look forward to to the new livery carrying the # A1 (maybe in the Jack Daniels colours?) Engines were checked as was stated prior to the event with the result as expected & no one can deny that these 3 guys thoroughly deserve to be 1,2,& 3. A great result for them.I think this could be Grahame's 1st win at LQSS,Karl a relative new guy on the block & Scott an absence of 6 months, congats again & as they say "Winners are grinners & losers can make their own arrangements" Drifting on,at the presentaion the winners enjoyed the spoils & it appeared most enjoyed the weekend. Our guests were thanked for their efforts to make this a great event it deserves to be. The 2 raffles were supported well & we raised close to $350 for our Speedway thanks to the generosity of Jim Beam Racing. A group of dedicated hard working people were acknowledge for their tireless efforts both on the weekend & the lead up as without them this event would not have been possible, thank you all again. A special thank you was aforwarded to our generous sponsors Last but by no means least.a huge thank you went to Jose for not only co ordinating this dedicated group but also for his commitment & personal sacifices he has forgone to take our venue & our product to where it currently is.A small gesture of appreciation was presented to Jose on behalf of all present......cheers Ron
