Specs say ,23cc maximum . What a shame for all drivers that have bought a ss kit. Or will we have a RTR class and a modified class? If were going to have rules lets it properly, not just have them to benefit yourself. A HPI BAJA SS KIT has "TEN" upgrades over a HPI BAJA 5B RTR. They may look the same but a RTR is no match to a SS kit.

I think what we should all look at is when this thread was started, & why,
Aug 07 for the 07 state title.
Since then Dave called a meeting in may? 08 (for Jeff to present to board) we ALL voted to run up to SS spec HPI & can use Badland tyres & any aftermarket tuned pipe.
All the other buggies (GBs ect) were left as was.
Yes buggy drivers voted that day just like the Sprintcar drivers did at a similar meeting, I believe the AMCA boys did the same.
I believe this coming meeting is to tune those regs.

Laurie, I do know that, a semi retired, former major player in 1/4 scale sprintcar manufacturing in Sydney, may have a brand new sprintcar debuting this sunday and it may be driven by an ex Aussie Sprintcar Champ??? And I can assure you that it's a compltete departure from anything that he has ever built before!!!
