A big thank you to everyone at LQSS today for all the kind and encouraging words.
I, along with the wonderful help from my wife Kay, will get through this problem and come out of it in 6 months time a fitter and better man.
The BAR-B-QUE's may not get as much attention from me, as they have in the past, however we will do our best under the circumstances ........

I've had many people phone or email enquiring about the exact nature of my health issues.
Some few weeks ago I was diagnosed with gastric or stomach cancer.
A 2 way valve was inserted into my chest last Friday and 9 week intensive chemothrapy programme began this week. Followed by surgery around August, depending on my health.
This may wbe followed by more Chemo if required.
That's the story guys.

Hi Bob Having had cancer myself I know that beating it is largely your state of mind. I know that you have the strength and character to come out of this ok.
